What we can state publicly today.

Know how the work will be handled before you commit. We agree the scope, milestones, ownership, and responsibilities in writing, with senior review from the first conversation through delivery.

Project requests

Project requests are collected through Typeform on our secure request flow. A signed webhook notifies Kiwi through Cloudflare edge systems and our operator dispatch. You can also open the form in a separate tab or reach us directly via [email protected]. Do not send confidential trade secrets or regulated payment data through initial project forms.

Commercial clarity

Scope, exclusions, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, handover, support, provider terms, renewal arrangements, timeline, and fees are confirmed in a written proposal before build. This site does not promise availability, fixed prices, or outcomes — those are agreed per engagement.

Delivery and handover

Our stated offer includes discussion of full source-code handover, hosting-provider setup, domain arrangements, and post-launch support. Exact inclusions and limits remain proposal-specific and are confirmed before work begins.

What is not claimed

Kiwi does not display unverified client logos, testimonials, certifications, security ratings, compliance claims, or team credentials. Pages under /case-studies are illustrative delivery patterns for each track, not attributed client results. Approved evidence belongs here only when it is current, attributable, and permitted for publication.

Policy documents

Start with the documents that govern use and data handling:

Facts to confirm in proposal

Confirm the registered business name, jurisdiction, physical business address where appropriate, approved contact routes, retention schedule, data-controller details, and any independently verifiable client or security evidence before relying on them in a commercial decision. If you need a fact checked now, email [email protected].
