Privacy notice

Clear about the information you share.

This notice explains the current website and project-request handling approach — what we collect, why, who processes it, and how long it’s kept. It should be reviewed when Kiwi’s registered business details, jurisdiction, or retention schedule changes.

What we collect

When you choose to submit a project request, the form asks for your name, email address, company or product context, work type, project situation, timing, and an optional investment range. You choose what to share — all fields except email are optional for the first step.

Why we use it

We use the information to understand your request, decide whether a relevant conversation is possible, and reply to the contact method you provide. We do not use the request form to collect payment information, passwords, or sensitive identifiers.

Service providers

Typeform collects the request you submit. A signed webhook can send the request to Cloudflare for verification and short-lived duplicate prevention, Telegram for an operator alert, and Kiwi’s operator mailbox for follow-up. Those providers process the information under their own terms and privacy practices — see Typeform.

Retention and requests

The Cloudflare duplicate-prevention record is kept for up to 30 days. Request content is retained only for as long as needed to review the request, respond, manage an agreed engagement, or meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. Do not submit sensitive, regulated, or confidential information through the request form.
