Paid acquisition Kiwi insights
What to verify before increasing a Google Ads budget
Use lead quality, conversion definitions, consent-aware measurement, and operational capacity to decide whether more paid traffic is warranted.
More budget sends more people into the current system. It does not repair unclear positioning, broken tracking, an unqualified form, or a team that cannot follow up. Treat a budget increase as a decision to expose an already understood path to more demand.
Confirm the conversion represents a decision that matters
Write down the exact action being counted, where it fires, how duplicate submissions are handled, and whether it is a primary signal used for bidding or a secondary observation. Google notes that this distinction affects how Smart Bidding uses the data. If a request is only an early signal, do not let it stand in for a qualified opportunity without a review process that connects the two.
Check the path from click to follow-up
- Test the final URL, including mobile behavior and any tracking parameters.
- Confirm the ad, landing-page proposition, and request flow describe the same offer.
- Review search terms, inquiries, and disqualified requests together rather than judging quality by click volume.
- Assign a response owner and decide what capacity or timing constraint would make additional demand unhelpful.
Keep consent and attribution limits visible
Consent mode communicates choices to Google tags; it does not provide a consent banner or replace a privacy and legal review. Google describes different behavior for basic and advanced implementations, including whether tags load before a visitor chooses. Record which implementation exists, what it measures, and where the data cannot answer the decision on its own.
Kiwi can help review the landing experience, request handling, and consent-aware measurement around a launch. It does not guarantee ad performance, lead volume, or commercial outcomes.
